About Us

Idyllwild, CA Roof Inspection offers roof inspection and roof certification in Idyllwild, CA, California. Wildfire has changed the roof conversation here. Homes in fire hazard zones fall under the wildland urban interface rules in Chapter 7A of the building code, and insurers look closely at Class A roof coverings, ember-resistant vents and debris in gutters and valleys.

Southern California roofs are often clay or concrete tile, where the underlayment wears out before the tile. Coastal homes see salt air on fasteners and flashing. Northern and mountain areas get heavy winter rain and snow. Our roof inspection covers all of it, with pre-purchase roof inspection, insurance roof inspection and roof certification for home sales.
